Scott grew up in Silver Lake, KS and studied at Washburn University. He spent 35 years working for the State of Kansas before retiring and starting a new career in real estate. Scott has been with Countrywide Realty since 2018.

Kourtni grew up in Topeka, Ks, and studied Marketing at Rasmussen College. Kourtni has been a Realtor since 2018, and joined Countrywide Realty in 2020.

Niki was born in Topeka, KS and spent most of her life in the Shawnee Heights school district. She moved to Eskridge, KS her sophomore year of high school and is a Mission Valley High School Graduate. She was a colligate athlete and now spends much of her time watching her children play their various sports. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children as well as attending church here in Topeka.
Ryan was born and raised in Topeka, Ks. He graduated from Seaman High School and Washburn University. Ryan has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Kansas since 2011 and has spent his entire career with Countrywide Realty. Ryan is married and has three children that keep him very busy with sports. Marc grew up in Haysville, KS, but came to Topeka to study at Washburn University. Marc has been a Realtor since 1981, and joined Countrywide Realty in 1991. He is also a licensed appraiser and formed Bunting Appraisal Service in 1989. Marc enjoys big game hunting in his free time.
Tracy is a life-long Topekan. She graduated from Topeka West
High School but has lived most of her adult life in the Seaman school
district. Tracy has been a licensed Realtor since 2001. I live where I work

Bob has served on the Board of Directors for the Sunflower Association of Realtors several times and served as President of Sunflower Association of Realtors twice. Bob enjoys tournament bass fishing, big game hunting, and turkey hunting. He has traveled to Arizona, New Mexico, New York, Texas, Colorado, and even Africa and Newfoundland for hunting adventures. Bob has two sons, two stepchildren, and seven grandchildren. He can often be found transporting his oldest grandson to his many wrestling tournaments.
